This is a very beta version of translating files. It utilises the Google translation API and the Okapi Framework.
Currently I have only tried translating HTML and JAVA .properties files (and will output with escaped non a-z/0-9 characters). It should work with other file formats but who knows...
Update: DOCX, XLSX, PPTX run through the process but the translation often messes up the order of inline tags so the output docx/xlsx/pptx files are corrupted and cannot be opened.
